We have an exciting leadership opportunity available at Annex for an experienced Recruitment Manager. This critical role in our organization contributes directly to company strategy, tactical day-to-day management of recruitment team activities and performance, internal hiring, training and development. Responsibilities also include process optimization, troubleshooting stuck point recruits, resource management and recruitment systems management. You will directly manage a team of recruiters (junior to senior) and indirectly manage our recruitment support team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

You:

  • Have already gained solid experience leading/managing a recruitment team in an IT recruitment agency setting, preferably in the Vancouver, BC market
  • Are experienced setting, tracking and holding team members accountable to targets and KPIs
  • Have prior experience of hands-on recruitment – we are looking for someone who thoroughly understands the techniques, successes and challenges of recruitment (contract and permanent) to help our team succeed
  • Have a track record of recruitment process improvement initiatives and, ideally, experience in strategic planning
  • Can provide examples of how you have helped your team members learn, grow and improve through training, development and/or performance management
  • Take pride in your energy, strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
