This critical role in our organization contributes directly to company strategy, tactical day-to-day management of recruitment team activities and performance, internal hiring, training and development. Responsibilities also include process optimization, troubleshooting stuck point recruits, resource management and recruitment systems management. You will directly manage a team of recruiters (junior to senior) and indirectly manage our recruitment support team.
