Ideal candidates will have:
- Job Evaluation – liaises with HR and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support recruitment initiatives, organizational development and ad hoc evaluation requests; reviews requests for new roles, promotions and salary adjustments;
- Pay Structures – collects and analyzes data from various external surveys; updates and administers an online compensation planning tool to support forecasting, analysis and base pay recommendations;
- Program Analysis – conducts impact assessments regarding proposed changes to Total Rewards programs as directed; models moderate to complex sets of data to predict financial performance of programs and options.
- Program Administration – participates in the implementation and administration of new and existing Total Rewards programs, policies, processes and tools;
